We want your feet to be as happy as you are, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn TWOOBS. Whether you need a different size or a different color, we've made our exchange and return process as lightweight as our shoes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your TWOOBS

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print & Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, stick it onto the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
